Jules Loehr has been a long time supporter of breast cancer research. It’s because she is a breast cancer survivor since 1999. She was a fighter, thanks to an early detection and aggressive treatment; Jules showed breast cancer is was not going to win. Over the years, she has raised money thru friends and family and has donated to several foundations that help support patients and survivors. It was her way of paying it forward.
Fast forward to October 2008, with the help of her friends, they started Milford Rocks For A Cure, which included 3 bands who donated their time to play the event.  In 2013, we decided to sit down and start a nonprofit organization to keep funds in NH.  So the first annual NH Rocks For A Cure fundraiser was started. On October 6, 2013, 9 bands and several companies donated their time, services and products to “Rock to End The BIG C” at Milly’s Tavern in Manchester, NH. Over a 100 people supported the event, and raised almost $2500.00.  Over the past few years, we have noticed a greater demand to not only help breast cancer patients, but all patients. As of 2016, we are excited to announce, our new mission to is help all terminal cancer patients who come to us to fulfill a wish for them. With communities and businesses helping along with our dedicated supporters, wishes can be made.
